Their marketing office will give you an aura that you are walking in woods . It is all because of a sophisticated cooling system....

😠 Very expensive. Starting price is 9 Cr., it's huge amount to invest in Noida. Under 2 Cr. We can get luxury flat in sector like 77, 150, 78, 138. Rest 7 Cr. You can spend to buy shop or another flat. It's not worth to buy such expensive flat, it's not Mumbai. It's Noida.

😐 Residential society near to Brahmaputra market, Atta market and metro stations. But the society is not in walking distance from the metro stations and Atta market. Society flats are good, old and single flat in a floor. Some flats are maintained well and some in dilapidated state.

There's a park with open gym which is a good idea for basic workout equipments without missing open and fresh air....
