👍👍 Helo everyone, feeling hopeful to share that as a result of Diet plan given by sonali ma'am and by attending regular yoga session herewith I observed weight loss pattern
On 15th August BMI check up weight was : 90.40 kg
On 3rd September BMI check up weight was : 89.80 kg
Weight check up on today...

😠 Completely unprofessional, unpunctual and careless attitude of trainers, simply interested in grabbing money without informing any rules, do not have manners of how to deal with customers and interested in publicly humiliating them for the sake of money. Fake themselves as professional trainers.

😠 if i can give less than one star i will give that.I visited do redo for nail services. I wish to have some nail art but the so called artist has zero knowledge about it. he told me he would do whatever I show him on internet once i showed him.. he said no no its so out of fashion nd no body does it...
