😠 Horrific service especially the old lady handling the speedpost section. At this age of retirement, she forgets all the general etiquettes of dealing with the customer. Not at all cooperative in telling what to do about doing a things prior and tell later on do this that.. Seriously I got really mad...

😠 The postman had marked the Important speed post as "Delivered" without delivering it. We visited the Sohna post office on consecutive two days to follow up and then we received it. Very irresponsible behaviour. Such behaviour is example of third class customer experience.
