👍👍 The showroom ambiance is very nice. I bought some silver jewellery in GRT. Mahalakshmi in silver chain section and Shenbagavalli in golusu and metti section attend us. Their services are good and satisfied me. I am so happy to shop in GRT for akshaya tritiya 2023. This was a wonderful experience.

😠 Absolutely pathetic service. No concern about following up on delivery status and just keeps saying specs will be delivered tomorrow. That too we have to call and check everyday. Atleast lenskart was better at customer service than this. 👎👎

😠 Saranya did hair coloring for my daughter but the quality of service was utterly poor. The result was miserable but they charged the entire fee..however they fakely advertise that they would not charge if we are not satisfied.. truly unsatisfied service.
