👍👍 Arrived there one midnight by searching for rooms in sullia. Found southern residency on Google and reached there. Time was 1AM and reception staff welcomes us and arranged for room with extra beds to accommodate a family. Ample parking space and Good service.

👍 Good place to stay near by Sullia. Decently priced, AC will cost you around 1300 and Non Ac will cost around 800. They have Parking space as well. Restaurants are near by, they deliver to room as well.

👍👍 Easy on budget. Not recommended if you expect anything more than decent room with attached bath.

🫤 Reasonable price, but 3rd floor is very hot , better to not stay in 3rd floor , maintenance is bad , no water or towel is provided, near road so too much noise,

😠 Pathetic..Power cut on every half an hour, hot water was not coming, Asked about water bottle, charged me for the same even though one ltr water bottle free policy. When asked about soap, they told they don't have in stock. Towel also not provided. Totally hopeless room, go for some other options.
