😠 Don't purchase through their website... customer support is pathetic...I purchased an emrald first they send me broken one even after requesting them to check while sending....then I had to return that piece after that I was suggested an emrald which was 3k costlier then previous stone by their staf...

😠 Purchased branded watch from a Shopper stop, hardly wore for 5 times. Bracelet colour start fading. When went to complaint the fault they refuse as it is not cover in their warranty. Such big disappointment never ever I have expected from brand like TATA.
