😐 The boat was OK, the rooms clean, the staff was very friendly. Food was also good. The location was too touristic. I did a house boat stay in 2011 and I remember clean waters , real backwaters with stunning views. This was a very very touristic and full route.

👍👍 We turned up last minute hoping to find a room to stay in overnight in Alleppey. The family were very welcoming and quickly prepared a room for us which was spacious, clean and had an en-suite with hot water. The whole family was lovely and they even showed us their houseboat. Great people
