👍👍 one of the best place to live in najafgarh metro vigar is the residentinal appartment for delhi metro staff . it has a lot of green trees and parks . banminton court and almost every thing .

👍👍 I love this place. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to get in shape. The trainer is really awesome and helpful. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

👍 It is a nice society, which is very clean and green. Security in this society is also very tight. Security guards do their duty very efficiently in comparison to all other group housing societies in Dwarka. They have one extra security guard on their main gate which is a black dog.

😐 Society does not have lift and has drain nearby which affects life of the AC. The parks have swings but grass or swings are not well maintained. Parking is on based on availability and seems to be ok. Could not see dedicated parking slots.

😠 The surrounding banquet halls have loud music all night and very disturbing for kids and elderly

👍 District park , local market, Jawalheri market Peeragari metro station , outer ring road, rohtak road all are at walking distance. Overall a good apartment to live in West Delhi.

👍👍 Society is good and well maintained under a very capable lady secretary. Renters should beware of the staff who keep badgering for tips, particularly the society manager, who tries to extort money from tenants on arrival. Good location but there is no milk booth inside the society.

👍 I felt very few Apartments I'm Dwarka is in good or say in SAFE categories. This too have slight patches of enamels and cement scratch out but that's fine when see other societies in Dwarka. Second there is a ample open space in societies. I went to check out a flat to buy.
