😐 Roads to reach are very congested. Apartment has semi automatic lifts, you've too open and close the doors of lift whenever you enter and exit the lift. Cleanliness is ok ok type, you can found dusty areas anywhere, paan spits are easily seen. Balcony views give calmness and peace to mind.

😠 They are worst. I know persons who have not got flats even after full payments and waiting for more than three years after agreement. They promise to hand over flats just after full payment but did not hand over flat even after 10 months of the full payment. You will get tired of calling them time...
