😠 Worst experience. The quality of the products are truly not good.I bought one big haram from them whose locket is coming from the haram frequently.************And most importantly, I bought machine made mangalsutram from them, which got damaged within 3 months...again gave order and bought handmade...

😠 Horrible customer interaction. They sent the wrong item and argued and didn't even apologize for their mistake. They asked me to bear the loss in shipping the wrong product back to them and fought so much. They don't value customer. I have screenshot of each and every message sent by their end
