😠 Irrespective of Customer Delight their is no Customer satisfaction. Phone number on website not updated,very difficult to contact with branch officer for any services. Requested to maintain the flagship of best bank in country.

😠 Worst experience one could get in any ICICI branch. There is no value to people's time and money. To get one simple task done such as an opening of an account and its activation is taking 2 week long time. Pathetic service

🫤 No service not good behaviour, they and there customer care dont have a support for their customers .
