😠 Sorry to say but I had a bad experience ! They charged me hefty amount (Thousand Rupees) for some aalta color marks on bedsheet and foot mat. These marks could be cleaned easily by normal bleach wash. But i had to pay full amount (infact more than cost of a bedsheet). I would call it as bad practice...
