The rooms are not clean, washrooms are not clean, the buckets and mug looks unused from a long time, they do not provide water which is supposed to be complimentary, they just provide 2 small bottles at beginning, after that if you need water you have to pay...

😐 Hotel was good clean room. Support staff was good however if you want to plan something don't take guidance from them. They tried to misguide so that I can vacate the room in late night however public vehicles like Auto,Bus, Battey Rickshaws were available till morning.

😐 The manager was rude when we asked for the room condition. But at the price it was good to stay. For your kids: TV was not working and they simply said it won’t work AC would also not work in case of generator
