👍 Couldn't find better place within close proximity to the Hospital Apolo, can get E rikshow ride easily to the hospital too. Quiet convenient and affordable 👌 well behaved staff, super friendly!

😠 Basic room. Wifi, tv broken. Super noisy room. People in the corridor made noise till late night. Very poor noise insulation. Reception is average.

😠 The service at this hotel is very poor. When you just order the breakfast or something, it takes 1.5 - 2 hrs for them to bring just two plain pranthas and one tea. Literally poor room service and the washrooms are unhygienic. There bathware fittings give currents.

👍👍 Best hotel I have ever stayed at Hotel JKM Palace. They have renovated with beautiful decorations. Rooms are bigger and neat & clean. Food is awesome and tasty. Staff is very helpful and polite, especially Front Office manager.
