👍👍 Very nice housing society. All the festivals are celebrated here very nicely. There is many facilities like club house, playground, Swimming pool.There are good car parkings on ground floor.You have your separate car parking. No one can put a car in your parking.

👍 Construction quality is good, almost 60℅ flats are already booked, location is also good only one thing have observed, it's little far from the main city, but you can visit at least once this location.

😠 No boundary wall , No garden development, No secure township , Any person can enter from outside , Maintenance will deduct but not giving full service, Manytimes complain in omaxe office but no action will taken. Poor commitment. Think first before buying a house/plot.

👍 It's a quiet good place to sit and to work also but it is on main road and near by this having a local bus stand from whr u can get buses for Ujjain or local area. Just near to garden having a Petrolpump. When bus dropped me here, this parked helped me alot coz I had a session of my school students...
