👍👍 Good and excellent place to stay with family.

👍👍 Clean n spacious rooms...hot water amenities....parking for 4-5 cars..nearby bus stand ...had a pleasant stay at affordable price.....only disadvantage I felt is ....pretty narrow lane...at times becomes tricky to pass through in car if other vehicles are parked.

Straightforward rooms with TVs & wet rooms in a modest budget hotel across from a lake.

👍👍 We visited Thanjavur in the month of August, It was a pleasant stay at Shivan residency. Homely ambience,Rooms are clean , properly arranged , guys are cool & friendly . Felt like staying in our home . The Best Budget Guest House .

😠 Not even worth for a star…… Very poor ambience and the bedroom and the bathrooms were not tidy and was not maintained properly…… No proper aeration and the total stay was worse….. Never ever saw this kinda place in my life…… Waste of money…… People should think before planning to book this place……....

👍 Its located near bus stand can be seen vehicles moving easily ,good hearted people's at service, neat and clean room's. Its very good for working professional (budget)

😠 Last place I would select for lodging. They charge full price like any other lodge like in Kumbakonam but there is nothing in the place. No hot water, no room service, cannot even get tea coffee. All false promises from the management. And they have stolen Rs 10,000. And when confronted not even the...

😐 Room was spacious. We booked a double bed room for rs.1800. Restroom was neat. Good hot water facility. But there was more mosquito in room. Also curtains , cot and window was not cleaned properly fully dust.

😐 This hotel is located near Swami malai temple, Kumbakonam this hotel provides staying facilities cost of stay is medium, front office staffs are good and treat a good way but rooms are congested and rooms full of smoking smell.

👍👍 A budget hotel.. Charges collected are minimum and rooms are average Condition.. A/C rooms are also available here.. Very near to the bus stand.. Just 50 metres.. Small restaurants are also near this lodge.. TV is available..

Functional rooms, some with air conditioning, in a straightforward hotel offering 24/7 room service.

😠 I do not recommend it. It is very dirty no maintenance and the hotel management is so careless.
