👍 Pros : Good appartment, good community, good location, presence of Nilgiry, Ambrocia & Max in the complex. Building maintenance is good, good swimming pool and gym.Cons: water logging in the b3 carpark during rainy season, less children play area.

👍👍 A few apartments available for sale.no gst and registration at 5+2 %only. Just close to nationsl highway. Walk away distance from vetyturode signal. International airport and veli interstate railway terminals are 15 mns drive away from here. City center also very easy accesdible

👍 Nice apartment to stay....park for children swimming pool plenty of parking space..a space for morning walk,gym available for ladies and men but it's pathetic . Staffs are of good behaviour overall good
