Best places: Resort hotels in Thenmala, India

😠 Very very bad.. Resort.. Worst resort I'll ever seen.. Behaviour of staffs is very bad... Food is not good and costly...

😠 We booked hotel through online. When we reached the property, they refused to stay by online booking. Its weird for me for the first time. They already engaged other guests and they said it's full.Rude customer care and fully money minded. There is no courtesy at all.I will not recommend this lodge...

👍 Neat, clean, safe, great location, good views. They have a small garden and a lawn which is great. The caretaker and housekeeping staff are very friendly. Food can be ordered. The only downside is rooms are extremely compact and not well ventilated.
