😐 Did not conduct the scan as per provided time slot even after being on time for scan. Too much delay around (3-4 hrs )for the pateint sitting in empty stomach.this lead to other issues some days after scanning. Other things were well managed.

😠 My friend faced a tough time at this hospital. His aunty was sick, and they asked a small discount during discharge as they were very poor. The staff, especially the MD, were cold and rude. They even insulted them. Compassion should be expected in healthcare, even in tough situations.
