😠 The maintenance is awful. Even when the hand over started from 2019, it already looks like the apartment is 10 years old. Poorly maintained.

😠 During this monsoon 5 feet of water inside this colony. When people bought villas, they said it is value for money. When you have 5 feet of water inside your gated community, I only pity them for the money they spent to get this problem in their life. Problem for the money spent , is it worth it.
