👍 Its a good place for live indoor events like theatre activities, conference and cultural programs. It also has canteen. We had our college annual program there. It is well maintained. Also the green rooms are also maintained.

👍👍 Very grand venue.. the booking price is obviously high but its worth it if u planning something huge.. it has many halls .. one with full noise isolation room .. canteen and also one big parking.. it also has a very beautiful garden.. but still in some halls ac’s are missing..

👍 Nice auditoriums air conditioned and well maintained. Parking is limited and security guard is.... Useless. Situated just out of baina beach. It's easy to locate and reach with local buses too.

👍👍 Visited this place for its historical significance gained due to the writings of P.L.Deshpande. Has a portrait of Raosaheb inside. Get a de ja vu the moment you step in. Staff allows you to visit and look at the portrait without any trouble. Also a working theatre with plays showing now and then.
