👍👍 Place is very scenic and awesome. Host is very good person(raj). He is very polite aand humble person. Coffee is very good from this place. Pool also available. If you are looking for good place and cost friendly you should try this place.

😠 Limited food, no road access. Only few staffs (totally I saw 3 members) no proper reception. No welcome drink. Since it is newly built, place was clean. Scary at night. Swimming pools are terrible. Most of the reviews are fake. We booked by trusting the reviews but really regretted for it.

👍👍 Great experience if you want to take a breather from city life and relax near backwaters. Rooms are awesome & pool is awesome. They got good set of indoor and few outdoor games. Food could be improved a bit but nothing to complain about.

😠 AVOID PARADISE BEACH Do not go to Paradise Beach. A new resort came in Sandunes and the will charge INR 70 just for the entry to the beach. And they will not let you go to nearest beach.
