The gate was locked so I was unable to go into the garden itself.

Khooni Jheel

👍👍 The khooni jheel meaning bloody lake got its name after the 1857 uprising when several Indian and British soldiers, women and children died here. There is no trace of red in this lake. Whatever blood was shed here dried up ages ago.
