😠 Very bad response from the staff members. I am travelling monthly twice in Arthi travels bus for the past 5 years. In these years, they didn't even maintained punctuality in the bus start timing from pollachi.. The average waiting time will be minimum 45 minutes to maximum 2 hours.

😐 Sometimes they services gets low bus repairs we wait for extra 2hrs but we reached on time in an alternative damaged bus
