👍👍 The sample collection was painless. I am usually scared of needles but the staff Climsy was patient and ensured that I am comfortable. There was another lab staff Bindu, who kept talking to me to ensure that I am not scared.

😠 No accuracy on results, no accountability, bad behaviour from staffs. RTPCR is showing false negative (this is justified in their report). Not at all recommended if you are looking for accurate and genuine results. Never Recommended !!

😠 Have to stand in queue for blood collection.tough for old people. They could easily call based on token system. Today I could see a very long queue and had to cancel my bill.

😠 This clinic is near the back side of Victoria college and is easily accessible by road. Firstly this is not a hospital and they do most forms of medical testing. Dr Arun is quite a good guy, very patient and calm. However the system is not that good even after booking we have to wait for long hours...
