😐 The apartment itself is good and well maintained. 200+ flats are there. Location is a problem. Significantly inside from the main road. Lots of turns and twists and also speed breakers plus condition of road is bad.

😐 Its Location is good. Hospital, railway station, weekly market all are with in 1 km .Price of 2 bhk and 3bhk flats are less than as compare to other apartments. But the construction quality is very poor. But overall the environment, people and other facilities are good.

👍👍 Great apartment. Probably one of the best apartment amongst the Toshalis. It's great because I live there (not the other way around). Great open spaces. Underground garage, fully equipped gym, auditorium etc. The only downside is that it's next to Motia d some scary people live on Moti.
