😠 I made a booking from Agoda, but the hotel was rejected and the money was forfeited

😠 I ordered a hotel via the app, just checked in but there was no staff on duty, I waited almost an hour and tried calling but there was no response

😠 The owner only care about money while maintenance is out of his business. You may need to pay to fix those on your own cost. If he send someone to fix something as you requested several times you may wait for them to come few days after oh and no promised time. Good luck.

😠 Do not trust this place. As a tourist, they charged us double (which we refused and payed the listed prices) and we think there is more going on here than massages. A lot of ladies here walking in and out through some “mystery door” where very loud music is playing. And a puppy was locked in a bunny...

😠 Fake turtle rehab centre. Turtles held in dirty, shallow tanks. Indeed extreme animal abuse. This place needs to be shut down.
