👍👍 Very crowded and the queue is long, but the service is quite fast. You will get a message (SMS) when it's almost your turn, so you don't have to wait inside. The employees are helpful and friendly too. This place also has a kids zone where children can play.

👍 Place is very small, located on 2nd floor near the entry to car parking lot. There is only 2 receptions and 1 cashier, so it will take a while to get attended. Handling time depends on your problem, but it's never over than 15 minutes everytime I come here. Helpful staffs and decent service.

👍 Cozzy place to get wifi Access . Theres an open wifi access center/ hotspot point. Using @wifi.id we can access a high speed internet though not for free. Hope Telkom improve the services and give full free wifi Access here.
