😐 Beware before u buy a unit here. The electrical system is centralised. If u have a little overload u cannot reset from your safety cutoff switch inside the room. U have to wait for the engineering guy to reset from central electricity board located on each floor. Such a stupid waste of time.

😐 Dont this will be a comfortable place to live in. Small units. High price. Some units are facing noisy main street.
