😠 I'm at the branch. This is my 5th time, and nothing has changed. There's a long delay time AGAIN! today's it was an hour delay.
I thought I paid to the best company in the field, but seems like low-cost resturants can manage their clients scheduele better.

😠 I am with them for 2 years. I always get an appointment in the week, because weekends are too busy. Usually quick, but last time waited a half hour.
My problem is that the hair is STILL COMING after 2 years of treatments. Wasted 2400 shekels on underarms and my pubic area. Still shaving every week....
