👍 Brioches buone ma non mi hanno rapito. Troppo sbricioloso e friabile l'impasto per i miei gusti. Ottimo sapore e ben farcite anche se nella brioches alla mandorla avrei preferito trovare un po' più di ripieno. Bellissimi alla vista i pasticcini!
