👍 I came across this gym by chance, I was offered a trial lesson and I was able to verify the professionalism and competence of Jessica and Momo. Very familiar environment and after a month of training I achieved good results. Two personal trainers who work with passion. Worth a try.

👍👍 Friendly and approachable staff, who are able to speak in Italian and English, and are willing to accommodate same-day bookings (if available). Also a surprisingly authentic Thai massage in a quaint spot in Milan! Highly recommend if you need a massage in your workday or vacation here.

👍👍 It seems small but I would define it more as a jewel, nice climate, nice courses, nice people, highly recommended for those who want to try their hand at boxing and for those who simply want to keep fit. Super trained staff and very clean gym. R.
