👍👍 Italy keeps surprising me. I’ve seen a lot of Italy and didn’t know what to expect from and in Palermo. Again I was pleasantly surprised. By the beautiful town of Palermo but especially by the Khalisah accommodation! What a fantastic place at the edge of the old part of Palermo! They have 12 rooms....

👍👍 This hotel is beautiful, it is literally a historical palace of literature! It has few rooms and it is better since the attention is very personalized... the owner is friendly and takes care of you personally, they welcomed us warmly... I highly recommend it, it is in an excellent location 👌🏻

😠 I booked and paid for for apartament. Three days before arrive my Mother died. I asked the owner to refund all or at least half the amount for booked days but they refused. Total lack of empathy from the owner. Greed and lack of understanding for the customer
