Reviews are correct it’s a manned parking lot with outdoor parking and box parking at 2€ an hour (reasonable). We had no problems and did not see other cars with any issues whatsoever....

👍 Parked there two times. It's sheltered for half of the lots. Well lit and trash bins near the parking meter. It is "L" shaped the the attendant doesn't view the entire lot. Easy to get in and out which I liked
