😐 Found this by accident whilst walking to the tower...it's a nice addition to your site seeing tour of Pisa but only giving 3 stars as the gates were locked up so you cant go inside for a closer look. Photos I took were perched on the wall / fence surrounding it.

👍 It’s a small spiral staircase down into the cisterns, impressive achievement to build these. There is not too much to see, it’s a large underground water tank (with just some water in at the time we visited). 15 min and you have seen it all.
