😠 The rooms are filthy, the walls were full of squashed bugs, There was no hot water, the bathroom looked like a crime scene. The bedsheets all had stains in them and the towels were dirty as well. 😠 Awful customer service! My flight was delayed and I had no way of contacting them to explain I’ll be later than expected. They were closed, wouldn’t let me in and said they were in bed and I was late so they cancelled my booking. It was midnight and I was travelling alone, they left me in the street...
