😠 The manager of the venue (with a badge with Valentina's name) teased a Latina employee for speaking bad Italian and disrespected her in front of me. The poor girl was very kind and tried to do her job politely. I left the shop without buying as I don't want to support such a shop.

😠 When you spend a few hundred euros (almost a thousand to be honest) for eyeglasses... everything is fine... when you need assistance it's a complete disaster: they say they'll call you and they never call you, they don't have spare parts, not even the most banal ones. Solved with Amazon
