👍👍 June 18, 2022 The fountain was already out. Play with a shade tent , The square is wide, there is an arbour, and there are benches to sit on, so you can take a short break. Pets are allowed, there are plenty of playground equipment, and there are vending machines, but beware of thieves crows.

👍👍 苫小牧市民の憩いの場です。大型駐車場があります。貸しボートに乗れます。しかし池の水位次第では乗れません。釣りは禁止されてます。鯉のえさが無人販売されています。季節にもよりますが、軽食販売も行っています。

👍 旧ソ連製宇宙ステーション「ミール」の実物予備機が展示されています。大きなもので、近くで見ると迫力があります。中に入ることもできます。館内には関連する資料も展示されており、こちらも興味深く見ることができます。

👍👍 樽前山登山は何度もしておりますが西山は初めてでした。とても遠く感じてましたが、実際登ってみると意外と登りやすく時間もそんなに掛からなかった気がします。西山から支笏湖や室蘭方面を眺めて、お花畑コースで下山しました。楽しかったな♪

👍👍 苫小牧市立中央図書館に併設されている植物園で、照葉樹林のミカン・サザンカ・イチジクなどと共に、ガラスの天井まで背が届く孟宗竹は見事。また温室には亜熱帯多雨林のガジュマルやソテツ等も鑑賞することができる。北海道では見ることができないバイオームの植物を手軽に鑑賞できる綺麗に管理された素晴らしい施設です。
