👍👍 I like to go there for lunch as you can always get a table and you are always welcomed very well. I live the sandwiches as well.... the BCC is highly recommended as different and tasty.... And indeed wether it's a sandwich or and burger... in bacon they trust! The french fries are a killer as well!...

😠 Disappointing. Probably this restaurant losts his cook and best waiters after covid lockdown. Service was low quality (trainees??) and dishes tasteless or overcooked. I know this hotel and its restaurant since long and clearly not at the expected quality for a 5 stars hotel. Terrace is great so sad...

Instead of gently addressing the issue, the lady of the establishment rather lashed out at my partner... Poor customer service. Just acknowledge your mistake...

🫤 We sleep two nights in Novotel Kirchberg. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The dinner in the bistro was disappointing. As a starter a bowl of iceberg lettuce with some chicken on it and my partner some salmon. The risotto was way too watery and the steak tartare was cut way too coars...
