😠 Cashier name Azira, night shift on saturday 4 February 2023 at 9:41pm u very rude ya. I make a payment and giving the bonuslink card but refused to take the card. Then I ask for balance but u ignore and ask other staff to attend me instead. The worst service from Shell so far

😠 The Malay Lady working at Shell as a cashier is extremely rude to customers. Firstly hire someone who has manners and customer service skills. Her experience is not applicable for the business. You can see her every mornings on weekdays!!

👍 A neat gas station. Helpful staffs and good selection of light snacks being sold here. And Shell is one of the station that always has some sort of good promotion when you pay the gas with your e-wallet.
