😠 Muy mal servicio en Best Day. Al menos en mi caso la que me atendió me dio mal mis horarios de vuelo llegando a Monterrey a las 6:45 am y regresando a las 11:00 am. Del mismo día. Nadie en su sano juicio va de ida y vuelta a un viaje. A lo mejor fue mi culpa por no verificar mis horarios pero bueno...

😠 Terrible Service... I made a hotel reservation, I paid for it. They gave me a document with the confirmation of the reservation, and the day I arrived at the hotel there was no such reservation, dial BEST DAY and the only thing they offer me is a refund... to which 4 weeks have passed and still no...

😠 Muy mala experiencia el que me vendió los paquetes no me explicó que tenia que comprar aparte asientos para el vuelo y nos fuimos muy confiados, al llegar al aeropuerto nos dijeron que posiblemente perderiamos el vuelo porque había que comprar por separado los asientos. 😭
