😠 Esta bien si ya traes tu rutina y tienes experiencia en el gym. no lo recomiendo para alguien nuevo, los instructores tienen mala actitud, nunca te ayudan y se la pasan sentados. Las pocas veces que les pedi ayuda hasta se molestaron
