👍👍 Best eel in town. If you buy an eel sandwich here, you get it on a nice warm sandwich. Really to die for! If you are in the area, pass by to get it, it’s worth the effort! Also good to know; there are two eel smokers next to each other. In my opinion both are equal in quality.

👍👍 My first taste for Dutch "Paling" smoky eel. You can smell the smoky in the air at the resturant. Paling it's so tasted with great fish oil and texture so soft even 2 years old baby boy love it. It's open 30 years as family business, young successor is polite with good skill to deal with Paling. 👍

😐 Fish was very nice, enjoyed out sandwich smoked salmon and our portion kibbeling. Hope next time the lady behind the counter can smile, rest of employees were more service minded.

👍👍 Freshest of seafood of all varieties. Walt staff friendly and helpful making good suggestions of foods that complement each other. Great atmosphere with pictures from Alaska of fishing boats, maps, and indigenous peoples and relaxing music.

😐 We had kibbeling and fried mussels. Fresh fish and crispy batter. However, it was all way over spiced, so that we could barely taste anything but spice and sauce. Would give it 3.5 stars.

👍👍 Funny place to visit, they can make you Hollandse Nieuwe Sandwich and you can order some more fired food inside. The staff is friendly and definitely a place to try out the local cuisine. There have some seat available out side the shop and hand washing available.
