😠 Zero service for return, most times they will only ignore us. Very bad customer service, or should I say no service at all. I would avoid at all cost.

👍👍 We visited Loods 5 in Maastricht recently for the first time. They have an amazing choice of various furniture, decorative items and useful household stuff. The design areas give nice ideas and impressions. We specifically loved these Indian style items, really some unique pieces 👍

😠 All over the place and not cheap anymore like it one time was.

😠 I walked into the store at 7:55 (which is 5 minutes until closing) to make a simple cash back transaction and was rudely told that the employees decided to close early for the day. It obviously had a huge negative impact on my day and I’ll be reporting this to corporate.
