😠 There were no informations about the return policy in advance. I bought a bag and wanted to return it after an hour because I changed my mind, but that wasn‘t possible. I didn’t even unpack the bag. No goodwill of the manager. Don‘t recommend.

😠 I walk in and say hi to the lady behind the counter, she says nothing. I continue to browse, lots of items on the floor while the two employees continue to gossip with each other about customers and colleagues. It's a shame a beautiful brand like this is destroyed by this poor behavior by the staff.

😠 Tijdje geleden een sleutel bij laten maken van onze garage. Ik moest hier 34,50 voor betalen! Buiten deze belachelijke prijs deed de sleutel het maar aan 1 kant terwijl hij het aan 2 kanten hoort te doen. Mijn moeder heeft een paar dagen later dezelfde sleutel bij laten maken bij Volksbelang Eindhov...

😠 Fast shipping but awful customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you have to, order somewhere else, even if it's more expensive. They keep refusing a refund and instead insist on a repair that I didn't ask for. Phone support sounds unprofessional and acts rudely.
