🫤 the place is beatiful and clean, but the river stinks when it rains, there are many mosquitoes and cockroaches even if you clean every day, it is difficult to let guests in, there are many rules, and fines, there are many security guards who are rude.

👍 A lot of people abandon the place because they can not pay the monthly rental fees during pandemic. Majority of renter before are Chinese from Mainland China who work from Pogo in MOA. The rooms are small with the price of 36k pesos per month. They have different business stablishment in this area.

👍 Good location, nice lobby but terrible unit designs. Studios are small and feel even smaller with the layout. Convenient and a close walking distance to Venice mall. Many restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, spa, and numerous call centers.
