👍👍 Just an apartment building from the late 19th century. Currently, ordinary people live here, and part of the building is occupied by the cultural center House of Literature.
An incredible arch, marble steps, twisted railings and neo-Baroque balconies. Indescribable beauty.

I watched with disbelief the theater meetings, whose wonderful atmosphere created by the irreplaceable Mrs. Maria lasted long after the event.
