😠 Customer service: level hopeless. Waiting to pick up online order. There is ONE customer at the desk and another three waiting to receive any service. Behind the counter SEVEN employees with no interest in the customer whatsoever. Even managed to catch five of them in one photo 🤦

😠 I ordered floor and paid the bill, system showed this on stock.I waited one month, they told me no stock, have to wait one more month, so I wasted two months, I have to rearranged Decoration company and pay them more money for castrama fault.
