👍👍 One of the best bakery's in Warsaw, also a good place to grab a fast breakfast or lunch. The selection of products is really large. The place also has a pastry corner with coffee and a small deli.

😠 Very unpleasant service. "Growling" ladies who give the impression that they are at work as punishment. The lowest standard of customer service I have ever encountered. The store exists for the customers who allow it to function, not the other way around.

👍 Very good coffee, great that it's also iced black :) We took a latte and an iced black one. A large selection of cakes and cookies. Fantastic summer garden - small tables, trees and a view of the fountain. Worth a visit and sit outside.

👍👍 Zrobiliśmy tutaj rowerowy przerywnik. Bardzo dużo ciast/ciastek do wyboru, ale też kawa. I przepyszne lody naturalne, co dla syna było najważniejsze. Są stoliki, leżaki. Bardzo miła obsługa. Polecamy.

😠 If you don't know Polish they behave like you are an alien. I don't recommend at all. They are not helpful and they don't even know how to say "no" in English.

🫤 2 stars for encouragement, the bread and cakes are very tasty, but the service is terrible. I don't even require a smile or a kind word, the ladies seem reluctant to work, they would rather spend the whole day on the phone. Maybe it's time to check and fix this situation?
