😠 I waited for the food 2h40 (!!!). I had to call the restaurant 3 times to make sure I'd get the food at all. Each time I kept being told such things as "it'll only take 20-25 min more, please wait", "the food will arrive in 5 min" which in reality took much longer. I was just told unrealistic things...
